Keeping cask conditioned beer at a desired temperature can be difficult, especially at a festival setting.
This cooling probe is a vital cask part for those hoping to keep their real ale at the perfect temperature from a firkin or pin cask. It replaces a shive bung and has an inlet and outlet for cooling fluid.
You can vent and condition as usual, and hook up a chiller to the cask so you can always be serving at the desired temperature.
Attach the Flexible Cooling Probe to a glycol chiller to help maintain proper serving temps no matter where the cask is physically located.
This flexible cooling probe is most ideal for firkin beer casks or kilderkin-sized casks, but can also be used with pin casks.
