Air Cooled Draft Systems
Use air cooling for commercial draft beer systems with runs of 15-25 feet. A forced air blower sends chilled air from your cooler through a run of insulated ducts to chill your beer lines as well as your air cooled draft tower.
What You Need to Know About Air Cooled Draft Systems
Using forced chilled air is a cost-effective way to keep your long draw draft beer runs of 15-25’ properly cooled from keg to tap.
An air-cooled draft system uses a forced air blower to send chilled air alongside your beer lines from your walk-in cooler to an air-cooled draft tower through a run of insulated ducts. The insulation prevents cold air from escaping your draft beer cooling system. The cooled air is directed into the draft tower by an air baffle and air separator while spent air is sent back through the ducts to the cooler.
