To achieve perfect pours from your Cornelius keg, all attachments of your draft beer system need to do their job. Using this ball lock quick disconnect, you can reliably attach your air line to your keg.

The Cornelius keg – commonly called the Corny keg – is the size of choice for new and experienced homebrewers. This disconnect is for the ball lock style, originally called the Pepsi keg. If you have a pin lock keg, you’ll need that style of disconnect instead.

Made of plastic, this disconnect is grey to make it clear that it’s made for the gas side. To finish your system, be sure to also pick up a black disconnect for your liquid line.

Installing this ball lock disconnect on your keg is quick and easy. Just pull up the collar, push the disconnect over the keg’s gas post, then let go. The internal spring will release and lock the disconnect in place.

Featuring an integrated ¼ in. MFL fitting, this disconnect is perfect if you frequently swap out your kegs (either homebrews or commercial beers) that might need to be dispensed at different pressures. You’ll need the appropriate nut to help you forge a connection between this disconnect and your air hose for proper dispensing. The MFL fitting is extremely versatile and it accommodates the dispensing pressure requirements of your beer of the moment.
